Annual Spelling Bee Results

Our Annual Spelling Bee finals took place as part of our English Extravaganza this week.

Our winner was Latif, with Josiah as Runner Up. Prizes included a £50 gift card and an Amazon Kindle Fire!

We also held our Poetry By Heart competition, with the winner revealed as Aleena, winning a £25 gift voucher.

Literacy is at the heart of everything we do at Dixons Broadgreen Academy, and it was wonderful to see so many students taking spelling seriously in this annual event.

It was a gargantuan effort by all involved.
